LightWave Solar will host the Middle TN Solar Tour and the Johnson City Solar Tour as part of the American Solar Energy Society's National Tour. The Middle TN Solar Tour will take place on Saturday, Oct 8 from 10am to 2pm. It's a great opportunity to talk with system owners and solar experts and see the equipment up-close. The tour is self-guided, so you can visit any of the systems listed below between 10am and 2pm. Addresses are listed below or map of locations is here.

Arts Center of Cannon County

The Arts Center's solar installation was awarded the 2011 TN Governor's Energy Leadership Environmental Award. The project includes a 29 kW system, a time lapse video of the installation, and real time energy production display in the lobby. Presentations will begin at 10:15, 11:15, and 12:15. Optional – Attendees of the presentations will be provided with directions to a 3kW pole mount residential system located 5 miles away.
