Rising energy costs and other financial incentives are prompting a growing number of Middle Tennesseans to investigate solar as a long-term alternative energy source.  To help homeowners learn more about the basics of solar energy, LightWave Solar will host another of its popular education workshops on Saturday, June 7 at Nolensville Town Hall, located at 7218 Nolensville Road.

“Interest and demand in solar is really growing in Tennessee since solar hedges against rising electric rates,” says Brian Bickel, Sales Director at LightWave Solar and Nolensville resident. “Our Solar 101 workshop is geared towards residential solar and will explain solar energy basics including technology and site requirements, utility and tax incentives, and costs and benefits.”
